I DO love this company but the pay sucks, they don't care about tenure employees. Nor do they care if a manager has anytime with their family. They say they do but in reality, they don't. I try to take care of my AGM (only employee besides me) and make sure she has the time off with her family.

my coworker and the other managers in my district, love my BM and DM!

I like me DM, he listens and help out as much as he can, for being new

AT MY STORE, we try to stay positive even tho both of us get micromanage to the hilt
What are some of the best things about your team?
She hasn't left! She should cuz she doesn't get the recognition for her tenure either. Which is sad cuz she is an amazing AGM!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I find it crazy that this company does NOT care about the tenure ppl. Been with this company for 9 years, 7 years in a manger position and I get paid just as much as a new manger off the streets. I have never worked in a place that just doesnt seem to care
