Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Helping others. A good day at work is defined by my reps being successful in their own regards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is the motivation for growth. Many of those above you advocate for you and your growth, whether its within the company or in your personal life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very people first, I can tell they actually care about their employees. There's no feeling of people being "above" you per say, they're just have more knowledge and use their position as a way to help you grow.
