The people that I’ve retained, I don’t have to worry that they are v

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team work and the ability to discuss what is going wrong to brainstorm ways to move forward with my direct team. I don’t think anyone above a DM is open to hear

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think managers need to be treated like they can run the store, or at the very least, why make the good managers attend silly things so early in the morning. The time zone differences are tough on those of us living 4-6 hours behind the east coast

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The cost of insurance in comparison to other places is quite high in Alaska. Additionally having reps say they start at 13 an hour base is tough and stressful for these kids. They can go work at a bologna job in town for starting pay of 19 to flip burgers or make sandwiches.
