Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I have a great experience overall, I have definitely had some ups and downs with the company but overall I have enjoyed working here and hope to see the company grow as I grow with the company

Being proactive and seeing that enegery matched/reciprocated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team collaboration honestly and I would say depending on the area leadership structure (if it is being followed)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team and very direct and transparent. I have worked with too many companies that haven't been this way and it's nice to see this consistently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is quick to help and support each other. As yes we have friendly competition no one is really against anyone else and that creates a strong environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only issue that comes with the compensation is that there is always some detail about it changing and sometimes feels hushed when released. I would say especially for the cost of living anymore that wages should be slightly reconsidered especially in rural areas.
