What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

i am unsure how to answer this

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like to communication via teams video calls/emails

What makes you most happy at work?

Helping customers and watching their excitement for a new device or when i show them something new

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Company would rather keep people that have multiple fcads because they are scared of law suits.. having employees that break policy and do the opposite of what is asked of them makes my day frustrating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not like i went to a selling manager. I feel that it is hard for me to coach and lead when i am forced into selling. Keeping up with with extra stuff the company is adding is put on the side when i need to make money to provide for my family
