Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Victra is nothing but amazing. I've had the best DMs and BMs though every GM was weak AF. An then we had no GM they saw me an made me proxy an now SM. so proud an wil only b looking ahead to gro an lead best i can. Victra need 2 know i will always be a buisness partner so count on me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well right now it's new in Seattle East and it just feels good that all of the leadership Pella tight helping each other out and Justice really working as a fine tune machine But in saying Victor should make sure that machine is getting everything that it needs Then the comp.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am about building this business at Seattle Broadway that I've got the Google reviews the 4.5 stars and I'm just working to get it all the way to 5 they're already the best in the area I'm going to make this store top of former before I leave here you just wait and see
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My girl Jocelyn Gutierrez is a no **** kind of DM that stays being impactful & straightforward, Tells it like it is. #NoGlazin, Keepin it simple. And the last 75 days It's amazing to see all she has impacted who, what, where & when? By not walking past anything & B showing she genuinely cares 4 us
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well I'm their manager We respect everyone We work well together as team. You know they listen to me they follow the coaching And we making money What more could I ask for other than you know this promotion in July to GM. I lov Victra But on those past screens i be feeling victra actin poor. step up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How you do it & r able 2 get away with it is lame AF. #StopBeingPoorVictra Start here 80hrs PTO & 80hrs sick time on jan.1 company wide. The rate a employee can earn PTO is like a big FU to those that des. it most. Victra huge time 2 act right & flex so the comp can see greener over here
