Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Went on a strike team during the GoWireless acquisition and i told them how great this would be and i truly meant it. At that time Victra DID have our best interest at heart, and i spoke to all those things and how excited they should be. I could not deliver the same message for many reasons today

Smart and supportive. Different skillsets and willing to share the tips and tricks to make everyone better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Was alot better before it changed every quarter. Impossible to understand and by the time you do it changes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most provide encouraging feedback and have a deep understanding of the business, see the challanges and understand the struggles while celebrating the wins and pushing to be better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do believe they want to be a people first organization but forgot how along the way or bit off more than they can chew so they are unable to provide that anymore, whether they want to or not
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is down across the board from reps to leadership. Simpler paths to success. Celebrating the people that are good embassadors of Victra and Verizon, not the crooks who have collected huge sums of money by scamming victra and the guests while the ones who do it right took MASSIVE paycuts $20k+
