Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I had an amazing career before the divest. Things have been sticky since. I feel like i have gotten divest DMs that have showed most times they do not value the previous victra employees and make us fend for ourselves. it has changed my outlook on my job lately.

When i am appreciated and we are doing well

My new team is awesome. they like coming to work and make the day go by fast
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my checks have gotten smaller with the pay period comp change. even with a slight raise. I currently work in a divest door and my employees make more than me hourly with significantly less responsibility
