Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Great management team in my district.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire some upper leadership with a brain. I have shoes smarter than Scott Tollett
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Requiring managers to work overtime to earn their base salary after you cut them from salaried status is absolute garbage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses have been cut twice in the past year. Why would I have any motivation to grow my store when you aren't going to reward me?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I should not be working longer than 40 hours a week to earn my base salary and the only time the commission structure should change is when it increases.
