I've been doing this job for a very long time, victra is a good company but in the past 2 years have grown but also have made drastic changes for high quality managers and big stores that make me feel like I'm just a number and I can be replaced at any time

no fighting between them, helpful in ways with each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
having to worry about hitting goals at a high volume location and seeing reps not trying because they believe they deserve more money since they deal with the customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to get paid % having a high volume location and I understand that times are changing but having a high volume location isn't a benefit anymore, rather go to a smaller location to make over $100k a year vs stay at a high volume location and make less than $80k.
