I worked in Visa for 3 years and it was the worst work experience in my 20+ years. Unqualified managers, low-skilled engineers, and lack of diversity of work force. Please avoid it if you are young and smart

Depends on manager and immediate leadership. Top leadership is great. Few managers have created a highly toxic environment with bluntly ignoring others in meeting and not letting them speak or complete sentence. Specially rude towards any NON-WHITE MALE employees. Such managers should be out of door

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Find bad apples in the leadership, including directors, get rid of them. It is like government department, once you are in, you can retire without doing any meaningful or tangible work. No wonder difficult to hire good talent with pay-scales on 90s. Focus on results not just "talk". Exit interview.

Remove toxic managers, hold people accountable for actions and projects. Honor time of others and time-lines. Do not keep changing priorities every week and do not make every thing as priority 1.
