There are two parts, the medical and the flexible work hours.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a phone interview and was recommended by a current Vox employee. This was ideal since I didn't have to take any time off from my previous job to complete the interview.

It has been so long, however, I remember feeling very relaxed and able to speak freely and had open dialogue at my interview.
