they believe in transparency and they are also very down to earth people

Compensation is personal, so when someone signs a contract, he's supposed to be happy about it. Salary is great, company is awesome both in product and people - so everything else is a bonus.

Great culture. They urge you for self development which I think is the most important part. Aside from that, you can feel employee care is there for you which makes a lot of impact on day to day work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership should learn how to better inspire creativity and care about people. Sometimes the system is treated like a factory and the employees as allocated resources.
