i feel like the pay she be a lot more. we are not just csr. we do collections data entry, dispatch and sales. i feel like we deserve more higher pay. we deserve sick time and have at least 3 mental health days.

My coworkers talk about a lot of personal information that I am not interested in hearing about. the management team encourages this behavior and joins in the conversations I feel very uncomfortable.

Start by supporting your employees instead of tearing them down. We do good work, don't just point out mistakes or problems. Leadership needs to improve their communications skills and learn how to treat their employees as real people, not just a number.

parking is always an issue, every day. If I can work from home one day, I can work from home all days.
