The variable pay for TA - P&P team is 20% and thats pretty impressive! Altho stocks for P&P Could be slightly more for retention!

The process was the nicest interview process I have ever been through, each interviewer I could tell was genuine and nice. The technical interview was somewhat relevant and wasnt meant to be there just to scare you or ween you out. Overall just a much better experience that other companies.
