Poor. Lack of resource relative to workload is acute.
Dependent on the manager. I have a good one, so the work life balance is pretty good. Rarely any overtime, can leave for appointments during the day if need be, work from home on short notice, etc.

Very subjective and political.
By delaying the decision for as long as possible and trying not to give any until after they've lost too many people they can't afford not to.

CCCI again depends on who it is. No hats allowed unless you are the fav.
