My team here is good. Main reason I've stayed as long as I have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have direction, stop changing its mind every month, forcing cuts that can't realistically be made, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep actively cutting benefits and making them worse, they've frozen raises, and they underpay based on market rate. Stop doing that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager keeps it as positive as he can, but the decisions by those above him brings it down and is out of his control.
