Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Be paid for the role I am doing.. Peers bonus structure and comps higher than mine (assumed). Subordinates comps and bonus higher (fact), when I was exceeds expectations and they were meets expectation.

No transparency. And recruiters don't respect you're schedule. So many calls before 6 AM.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
LTL is terrible - blaming on market conditions but was poor before the pandemic. Leadership focused on personal gain and Wall Street. Nothing strategic whatsoever about 'strategic' sales - not enough capacity to onboard wins yet measured on win rate.
