Feel that I can talk to anyone about their life outside of work, which helps form better connections.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rapid decision-making after leveraging as many relevant data points as possible, with the understanding that assumptions were made. Good communication cadence and depth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing the job of a VP, with less people reporting to me than the VP had, and not being compensated at close to that level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has persevered through the changes brought about by the acquisition and new leadership team. Always positive, doing what's right and then some. Very professional and a pleasure to interact with day to day.
