Compensations seems low for responsibility, industry, and workload. Again, the company is prioritizing profits at what seems the cost of staffing and compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team seems very motivated to ensure our numbers are suitable to be sold off again. The prioritization is EBITA and it shows.
