My managers are confident in my work, and I take ownership of my tasks. I go beyond my regular responsibilities by helping with investigations, creating SOP & automating task & supporting the team whenever needed. I would feel more valued if my contributions were better reflected in my compensation
I don't know,I am not saying I am paid less nor I am feeling undervalue. But if if I have atleast 2 digit lpa figures,I feel i will be more happy ,but with current pay and higher living expenditure and personal commitments in Bengaluru,Its tough to survive.
I genuinely enjoy my role here. Every case excites me, and I put in my best effort to investigate and find solutions.
