Honestly, it’s been a grind but a good one. My managers trust me, the team actually works hard, and I get to own my stuff without anyone breathing down my neck.sometimes

What makes me most happy at work is the freedom and trust I’m given. No one micromanages, and I have full own

If you are asking about immediate level leadership like my managers ,they are so good , caring, inspiring and highly professional. Leadership in higher level i like their approaches and vison

Always approachable ,Helpful ,Caring . More over I enjoy working with people across multiple time zones it gives opportunity to learn about perspective,work approach.This is one of the best thing I love on Zerofox
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managers are confident in my work, and I take ownership of my tasks. I go beyond my regular responsibilities by helping with investigations, creating SOP & automating task & supporting the team whenever needed. I would feel more valued if my contributions were better reflected in my compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know,I am not saying I am paid less nor I am feeling undervalue. But if if I have atleast 2 digit lpa figures,I feel i will be more happy ,but with current pay and higher living expenditure and personal commitments in Bengaluru,Its tough to survive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely enjoy my role here. Every case excites me, and I put in my best effort to investigate and find solutions. There are no restrictions holding me back, so I always go the extra mile to get things done - trust me this my 4 th company this is a heaven ,I hope it stays the same and the culture
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I mentioned in one of the Previous questions I love working with people across different time zones. Whoever came up with the idea of a 4-day workweek with 3 days off deserves a big thank you! Young Talents There are lot of things but now i only got this in my mind.
