I really value how humble and easy to approach the leadership team is. They listen well, communicate clearly, and genuinely support the team, which makes working with them feel comfortable and collaborative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a bit undervalued due to rising family expenses, inflation, and market comparisons for similar roles. A better hike in the next cycle and support for required L&D certifications would really help. This is a humble request for your kind consideration
