Not great but going good right now. The collaborative environment, guidance are missing. Child care policy needs some flexibility. Ideas needs to recognised and appreciated instead of ignoring. Team and one on one meetings should be implemented. Realisation, acceptance or acknowledgement is lacking

No proper internal communication from Manager in the team. Manager acts as a individual contributor. Compensation has to be increased according to market standards
