The team that I work with has good potential and enthusiasm. They co-ordinate and manage the work well. They are curious and hard-working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the compensation given for the role is insufficient and unsatisfying. Even after working for the company for 4 years and being promoted, the compensation doesn't match the industry standards as the appraisals are not closer to the mark (as the basic pay is too low).
