I have been supported and challenged since day 1. Leaders often listen to ideas and solutions that I have rarely experienced in previous jobs. I have had the ability to meet and work with a lot of amazing people, deliver incredible things, and learn a lot along the way.

Being able to be challenged and given opportunities to thrive in what I do best. Additionally, being able to grow my own knowledge and skills and increase my value with what I produce to help my team, my org, and my clients.

The support and willingness to help others. Nobody makes you feel dumb for asking a question or not knowing something. Everyone is willing to help to the best of their abilities and it makes it an easy and nice environment to be a part of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As my role has grown and scaled, I have taken on many new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities. I feel like my value add to the company and to my clients has increased. Based on that, I would like to see compensation matched to value and contributions.
