The rewarded backbiting, lying, and toxicity, as well as lack of accountability.

There are some people here who truly do try to make it a positive environment and focus on the big picture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Finance and the CEO seem to really have their act together in terms of business knowledge, transparency, and attempts to create a better culture here.
