it used to be so great. once we got accquired things went rapidly downhill and has just been a disaster since last spring. no leadership or mentorship, no direction, so much starting and stopping - the chaos and unpredictability makes it difficult to get work done

not blatantly lying and making false promises

not oversharing their personal life details, and instead focusing on work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the company seems to be failing post acquisition. stop lying to people about how well we're doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i'm paid significantly below market rate, and have been for 2 years. i'm also doing the job of multiple people, and have had more and more resources (tech stack, agency support, larger team) ripped away while still being expected to do the same amount of work. a raise would help!
