I have been in the Fox Den first as a customer, and now as a Fox. I love it here. I wish the pay were more competitive to skills brought to the table. But I believe in the mission, and I believe ZF leadership will come around to meeting my salary requirements

ZeroFox has always been about helping people. helping our customers with difficult to solve cybersecurity issues. I have always respected ZeroFox's attention to Customer Success

Under our new leadership, transparency is clearly (see what I did there?) a priority and I appreciate that approach to the next chapter in ZeroFox's story
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly it comes down to pay. I received a promotion in name only last year and it is hard to justify the increase in responsibility without corresponding pay.

My total contribution to this organization could be better utilized and putting me in the salary range necessary to "feel better". I have asked for more than I am currently getting paid with the understanding those before me have been paid at my asking amount.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel more connected with the leaders that are driving ZeroFox to a better tomorrow. I know that's a $5 sentence, but I mean it. David has a real vision and the right folks are supporting him in that vision. I think it's important to recognize.

This is likely not the format to discuss it fully, but I am aware that I am one of the better paid members of the team, however I also know Seniors before me have been met with the salary amount I have asked for, for 2 years. Would be absolutely life-changing for me, and based on previous salaries
