Solving problems. Building strong relationships with my team and the customers I work with on a daily basis.

The transparency and being available at all times. David wants to join more prospect/customer calls which shows how engaged he is with the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no bullies or lone wolfs on the team. Everyone wants to help each other succeed and make as much money as possible.

We truly care about one another. Also, we're all motivated to get better and make as much money as we can. Love the shared learning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
After all the changes last year and the ups/downs. I believe everyone is motivated to building a strong culture that makes work fun, exciting, and challenging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will always find a way to make time for myself and the team. Even if they are booked all day with meetings, they will get back to me at their earliest connivence and help if I need it. Also, building a culture of shared learning and having a growth mindset.
