engagement within my team, cross-team collaboration within my BU, and transparency and responsiveness from the ELT.

Super collaborative and excited to learn, apply new skills, and up our game to deliver for clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Swimlanes are important but perhaps too muddled to contribute to overall business successes. Losing key contributors, added responsibilities, minimal compensation adjustments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency from David and Andrew on business metrics, objectives, and how we are moving forward and/or aligning internally to achieve on those business objectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency from David and Andrew, with both the positive and the less than positive updates. Good to understand where ZeroFox is at in its achievement of its business goals, especially revenue, gross retention, and net retention.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really like the transparency at the ELT level and at my BU Leader level. The information shared is interesting, helpful, and helps make me feel engaged and a contributor to the overall initiatives and success of the business.

my Team is phenomenal. highly engaged and motivated, always looking to learn and improve. creative and problem solving. really just an amazing set of people to work with every day to answer customer missions and exceed their expectations.
