My overall experience at this company is great. I think there has been highs and lows. In general the compensation, the mission, and the people are reasons why I come to work. I feel like my output directly contributes to the success of the company.

Most of my teammates are very intelligent and help push ZeroFox forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy working with my peers. In a remote setting, the culture is somewhat limited.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do appreciate the newly added 401k benefit. Base salary and bonus incentives are amazing too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very pragmatic and methodical in their approach to business and outcomes. It's refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving big problems. innovating. When the leadership puts forth a strategy that matches what is happening at the ground level.
