because salary disparities are demotivating. External hires with the same experience earn significantly more than internal employees. Despite promotions, salary growth remains low. Fair compensation, better retention efforts, and recognizing internal talent would improve motivation and job satis
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Internal employees in India face stagnation despite experience and promotions. Salaries start at 3.4 LPA and barely exceed 6 LPA in 4 years, while external hires with the same experience get 15 LPA. Retention efforts are lacking, and Team Leads earn almost the same as Analysts. Addressing salary gap
