I joined Zerofox with the aim to learn more and get more involved in the work and gave my best to the team. but all my efforts seemed to be a waste. i was as flexible to the company at all time but i was never been valued for my dedication that i had showed.

Avoid being partial, avoid being involved in favoritism, and don't create groupism. give equal respect and opportunity to all

My team has a lot of helpful and compassionate teammates; the leads of sunday to wed shift are really helpful and supportive and understanding. especially sujith and rebecca
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because there isnt equal opportunity given to me.. and there wasn't equal training done. it would make me feel better if there was no partiality and prejudice because of some one else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of blind favoritism, which is known and ignored by the management. if this could be monitored and if the teams can run justly, giving the right and deserving and hardworking employee the appreciation to the one that deserves
