Working at the company is great, it has very smart, hard working, nice people and also has very interesting challenges to solve. I'd appreciate if it allowed more people to grow, not just in terms of opportunities, but in terms of promotions, as engineering has gone through a drought of promotions.

The extra PTO days we get are amazing, wish it was a little bit more

The push for HR for gatherings, there's at least one activity per month. That's greatly appreciated.

Ensuring work-life balance is balanced for their employees, and making sure they have a great time within ZeroFox

How great they are at dividing tasks so everyone works their fair share and everyone works on what they're interested in

They plan mid to long term, so there's no burnout / intensive periods of work. This leads to a healthy Work Life Balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Extra holidays in comparison to other companies, PTOs without set timeranges (i.e. if you have 20 days you can take 20 days in a row), health & dental benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at ZeroFox is an empowering one, where all peers want to see you grow and do everything they can to enable it. That is definitely not something common in such a competitive industry.
