Not sure about company but the team would benefit greatly if leadership placed more emphasis on fostering growth, learning, and skill development
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when compensation does not reflect the actual effort, contribution, and impact of the work being done. In many cases, individuals at lower levels in the hierarchy carry significant workloads and responsibilities that are not proportionately recognized or rewarded.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a degree of negativity and bias within the team, which affects collaboration and overall morale. If the focus were redirected more toward work, shared goals, and mutual respect, it would create a more positive and productive environment for everyone.
