They communicate the goals and the reasoning behind decisions, which helps me see the big picture which inturn helps me understand how my contributions will contribute to our org's success.

I love the way how my director encourages me to learn various new things, be in inside or outside my work-life. I like the way he carries himself as a person, a lot to learn from him!
