People who genuinely like to learn and love working can learn without boundaries. Nobody has ever told no to me when I have asked an question and that's few of the reason I love and am greatful to have learned so much
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a huge gap in salary structure within the team. Being a top performer and being paid less than below average people who have no understanding and interest in working feels truly disrespectful. I can say this because I have earned the right and I know am better than 90% people in my team
