having a clear and consistent increase in payment that at least catches up (and hopefully goes above) with inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
At the company we have the motto of "being the guardians of the internet" but we are not doing anything related to that. we are just chasing money and doing stuff for customers. We should invest into doing some social work to actually be the guardians of the internet, or just drop that idea.
