Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Generally positive. However, it feels (as a whole) the company is not good at goal setting. We lack adequate definitions, measurements that are fair but can withstand change, and follow through. Often goals (and similar tasks) reach later stages of life and feel like we're doing them "just because".

Everyone is incredibly smart, hard working, and care about each other's success

How quickly we were able to turn around fundamental business metrics (EBITDA, etc.)

When everything is going swimmingly and I get to focus on proactive improvements rather than reactive triage and implementations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My job is primarily problem solving and collaborating with folks around the world. The ability to WFH in a space that I have catered to enable my best work towards both of those tasks is what allows me to not only be good at my job, but to enjoy it.
