My overall experience at this company is the best. I like the work-life balance and the overall culture of the team. But TBH the company should consider each team separately especially about the 'compensation and contribution' matters.

An immediate salary evaluation should be done for the overall team by comparing other companies packages and perks. Here the market demand and current pay-scale is not matching.
