Work culture and working is too good. I believe if the salary is more then people will regret to leave the company. I wish our company retain valueable employees with higher salary to improve the quality of submission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since our CTC is less. Even though the company gives us 15% as standard increment. It's only rise our salary by 3k which is adjusted as inflation. So, i personally this is unfair. I believe based on our performance they should increment our salary by amount such as 1L etc.
