This is my first company that I'm working in after graduation and I'm thankful for that opportunity. Work wise there's less pressure. The seniors and managers are easily approachable regarding work matters and that makes the job much more easy and it's nice to have amazing colleagues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working for 1 and half years(till April 2025) along with the required metrics and great quality, I was given a very disappointing hike.
