Giving priority to Continuous Improvement is awesome. Teams need the time, autonomy, and responsibility to keep improving. The leadership team in encouraging and supporting this very nicely.

Our leadership team in engineering is awesome at recognizing continuous improvement as a key value, and when having adversity or problems arise, understanding that it's not about a blame game but about deciding how to improve and move forward again, continuous improvement... moving forward
