Throughout all the storms, self inflicted or otherwise, the seasons, the pace of business, the frustrations the fact remains I have an awesome job, work with people I respect and care for, and am well compensated to be my best.

I feel my salary is fair, 401k matching is a great perk/blessing, and healthcare coverage meets my family needs.

We are at our best when we overtly value high performing and kind colleagues; we are having some cultural integration struggles in Intel Department but we are making positive strides and appreciate leadership support.
