I have had a lot of opportunities for learning and growth within the company over the years, which has made me stay, but I don't like the current work environment.

Toxic work culture has increased over time, with a lot of micromanagement. I don't feel good in the work environment. There have been multiple times that I have been bodyshamed or disrespected.

People are very disrespectful and sometimes insensitive when they talk

Stop focusing on perfection and micromanaging; instead, prioritize recognizing progress, celebrating success, and supporting learning from mistakes.

The company does not value tenured employees and their contribution to the organisation. Such employees are not recognised and appreciated for their long service to the company.

If you are moving internally, you don't get paid fairly compared to someone who is hired from outside. It seems unfair to be working equally but paid less
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is too much focus on issues and whats wrong but the success of a team or an individual is barely highlighted. One award is not enough there should be more team wins and appreciation. They should encourage a more professional behaviour, starting from the leadership team
