A proper raise would make me feel better and the day on which PTOs are taken should be made a little lenient.

The way my team responds to my concerns and offer alternatives when I am stuck is the most positive culture I have seen.
What makes you most happy at work?
How we interact with each other and how we share our work loads without complaining. We kind of understand each other's stress and mental health and try to help out in our own small ways.
