Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Basic pay that the organisation provided is below the normal standards. Apart from this there is no extra perks that the employee will get to enjoy. The total payout is divided by using many other perks mentioned to adjust the total CTC. Still the base pay remains below expectations.
