What would make me feel better is fair recognition in the form of competitive pay, regular hikes aligned with performance, and additional benefits such as ESOPs or structured growth opportunities

The leadership team needs to focus more on employee retention by investing in benefits and career growth opportunities. While many employees prove themselves through consistent performance, they are not always recognized or rewarded appropriately. Competitive packages, timely hikes, and ESOPs etc.
