So far so good, but i would expect more pay which satisfies me even more and continue to contribute more to Company.

There is no good compensation as per the quality and quantity of work done as mentioned in the meetings. Hike given is not fair enough for me even after maintaining very very high standards of quantity and quality throughout last year.Every year we hear that the company is under loss & give less %.
