A lot has happened in the company in the >4y I've been. Personally, I've learned a lot about how a bigger company works in the tech department. Also it has shown me in what things Im good at compared to my peers, and where I can really make an impact. I appreciate a lot the great people and mentors

Culture of continuous improvement. Not pointing fingers, but finding way to avoid repeating problems instead

Know that I have support of other people in case I need. Type of problems we need to solve

When the work my team and I have been doing pays off. Sometime it takes a bit longer due to the nature of it, but when it happens its really satisfying
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe if I applied today at ZF, with all the stuff Ive done at ZF as resume, I would het hired at a higher role, with a higher salary. Internal promotions are tougher than they should be
